French Tôleware Chandelier with Porcelain Flower Pampilles c1950s

A charming pair of mid-century neoclassical brass & glass demi-lune Tables C1950s attributed to Maison Baguès. Each table stands on three fluted legs with tapered feet, a curved stretcher reflects the shape of the half-moon glass top, which is buttoned through and encased in a decorative brass trim. Perfect tables for either end of a sofa, at the side of an armchair, or even as nightstands in a bedroom.  In good vintage condition, with nice patina, clean but not over-polished.

At six and a half feet long, they sit eight people comfortably. These tables were used for outside dining, under a covered terrace, until recently but they would also work in an interior setting. Practical and versatile and in good vintage condition. Solid, sturdy and strong, they have been refinished for protected exterior use.

Attractive two-tier square format with late Art Deco style curved accents. Hand-carved with Moorish floral and geometrical designs. A nice Bohemian accent addition to any room. In good vintage condition, sturdy and strong.
