Pair of French Brutalist Style Floral Wall Lights, c.1980sUnusual pair of French artisan-made wall lights dating from the 1980s. Handcrafted in gilt metal, each light is formed as a stylised flowering stem with curved arms, pointed leaves and a large, textured central flower. The irregular, hand-worked surfaces and aged gilt finish give them a distinctly sculptural, Brutalist character. We have been unable to find another example of this particular design, suggesting they may have been made as a small or one-off artisan production. In good vintage condition. Striking vintage French side table or pedestal, carved throughout from oak and finished in a rich dark brown. The central column features a distinctive geometric form, carved as a series of repeated faceted sections that create a strong architectural, sculptural effect. The circular top and base are also entirely carved, with recessed detailing and a subtle circular motif to the centre of the top. With its bold geometric carving and dark finish, the table has the distinctive character of French decorative furniture in the style of Charles Dudouyt. A versatile piece that could be used as a side or occasional table or decorative pedestal.

The set comprises four larger single hooks, one double hook and one smaller single hook. Each has a sculptural, moulded form and mounts directly to the wall through two fixing holes. The floral decoration varies between the pieces, giving the set a particularly attractive, informal character. French, mid-to-late 20th century. Very good vintage condition, with no chips.

Crafted in solid pine with a rich, dark-stained finish, this sculptural cabinet embodies Coppola’s celebrated fusion of robust craftsmanship and refined architectural design. The clean, rectilinear form is enlivened by the expressive grain of the solid pine and the distinctive inset sculpted pulls, which are seamlessly integrated into the drawer fronts and cupboard doors. Rounded corner detailing and the gently overhanging top soften the otherwise monolithic silhouette, creating a piece that is both bold and elegant.
