Spanish Mid-Century Gilt Iron Foliage Flush Mount Light, circa 1950s A striking Spanish mid-century flush mount light, beautifully crafted with multiple tiers of hand-formed gilt-iron leaves creating a richly sculptural, three-dimensional form. The leaves retain their original aged gilded finish, with areas of natural oxidation and patina adding depth and character. The three-light fixture is centered by a decorative floral boss and surrounded by an exuberant arrangement of curved foliage, producing a wonderful interplay of light and shadow when illuminated. A particularly decorative example of mid-century Spanish metalwork, equally suited to a period or contemporary interior. Very good vintage condition, retaining its original aged gilded finish with natural patination and minor surface wear consistent with age. Completely rewired for your country, with all new electrical components,. Takes three small screw-in bulb holders.
