Monumental giltwood floor lamp by Belgian architect and furniture designer Alfred Chambon circa 1920
Stunning carved and gilded wooden torchere standard lamp decorated with classical scrolling and acanthus leaves.
In very good condition, lightly distressed with some small losses to gilding – nothing major. Can be professionally refinished if preferred. Shade is tired and can be replaced or recovered to suit your interior – please ask for details.
Re-wired and tested with new electrical components and braided flex. Suitable for use worldwide.
