Vintage French Provincial Slatted Pine Bench SeatingFrench Provincial pine benches from the South West region of France C1980. These simple but stylish, artisan-made wooden ‘bancs’ sit easily in almost any setting. At over five feet long they sit three people comfortably, great for either side of a long dining table. They were used for outside dining, under a covered terrace, until recently. Practical and versatile they would also work well as seating in a hallway, corridor or boot room. In good vintage condition, solid, sturdy and strong, they have been refinished for protected exterior use. We also have two matching tables available, please see our other listings. This simple but stylish, artisan-made wooden dining set sits easily in almost any setting. The benches will each seat three comfortably and the table, with the addition of two chairs or stools, will seat eight. This ensemble was used for outside dining, under a covered terrace, until recently but they would also work in an interior setting. Practical and versatile and in good vintage condition. Solid, sturdy and strong, they have been refinished for sheltered exterior use.
